This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s zoning maps for certain areas within the boundaries of Parkside Avenue, 52nd Street, Merion Avenue, Girard Avenue, and Belmont Avenue. It changed those properties from their previous zoning designations to the designations shown on the ordinance’s maps.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Parkside Avenue, 52nd Street, Merion Avenue, Girard Avenue, and Belmont Avenue.
