Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Water Street from Race Street to its terminus southwardly therefrom and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for various utility purposes such as may be necessary within the lines of the said Water Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.
