This enacted ordinance authorizes removing Water Street from the City Plan and vacating the portion from Race Street to its southern terminus. It preserves a right-of-way in that area for sewer, drainage, water, gas, and other utility purposes, with affected property owners or other responsible parties required to cover related adjustments, protections, and costs under stated conditions.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Water Street from Race Street to its terminus southwardly therefrom and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for various utility purposes such as may be necessary within the lines of the said Water Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.
