This enacted ordinance changes the rules for sidewalk vendors in Center City. It removes the previously designated vending location on the east side of 5th Street from Ludlow Street to Chestnut Street and prohibits designating 5th Street from Ranstead Street to Chestnut Street as a vending location, affecting sidewalk vendors in those areas.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating a previously designated vendor location on the East side of 5th Street, from Ludlow Street to Chestnut Street; and by adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending 5th Street, from Ranstead Street to Chestnut Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
