City Council enacted approval of a four-year lease allowing Philadelphia Gas Works, operated and managed by Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, to rent premises at 212-214 W. Chelten Avenue from Germantown Realty Investment Group, LP. The agreement concerns space used by the City-owned gas utility and was approved under the governing agreement between the City and the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation.
