This enacted ordinance authorizes RRD Management to construct, own, and maintain a handicap-accessible ramp with a railing at 1300 Lombard Street. The ramp may extend about four feet into the Lombard Street sidewalk, leaving about eight feet clear, and requires permits, an agreement with the City, insurance or equivalent coverage, and removal if the City gives notice for a municipal construction project.
