This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer some or all interests in part of the parcel at or near 8205 East Roosevelt Boulevard to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance. The Authority must send the City the net proceeds from any sale, and the ordinance also authorizes a temporary construction easement for PennDOT on the parcel for up to four years.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to convey certain or all interests in portions of a parcel of land located at and in the vicinity of the Northeast corner of the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Poquessing Avenue (commonly referred to as 8205 East Roosevelt Boulevard), for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
