This enacted bill authorizes Mekong River Restaurant LLC to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1120 S. Front Street. The café may include four tables and 16 chairs on the west sidewalk of S. Front Street and four tables and 16 chairs on the north sidewalk of Titan Street, subject to required permits, approvals, insurance, and other city conditions.
