This enacted bill amends Philadelphia’s rules for farmers’ markets by adding or changing permissible locations. It permits farmers’ markets on parts of South Broad Street, South 2nd Street near Headhouse Square, and North 3rd Street, including specified sidewalks, curb lanes, and a travel lane.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by amending the permissible locations, all under certain terms and conditions.
