This enacted ordinance authorizes Fond Bistro Inc., doing business as Fond Restaurant, to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1537 S. 11th Street. The café may have two tables and four chairs on each of the S. 11th Street and Tasker Street sidewalks, must leave about eight feet of clear walkway, and may operate until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; the restaurant must obtain required permits and meet City conditions, including insurance and possible removal upon notice.

Authorizing Fond Bistro Inc. dba Fond Restaurant to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1537 S. 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA, under certain terms and conditions.
