This enacted ordinance authorizes Pradeep Kuthiala, who owns and operates the newsstand at 6000 N. Broad Street, to construct, use, and maintain conduits in and under the street to provide electrical and telephone service to the newsstand. The work requires permits and approvals, an agreement with the City, insurance and bonding, and responsibility for removing the conduits if the City later requires it.

Authorizing Pradeep Kuthiala, owner and operator of the newsstand located at 6000 N. Broad Street, to construct, use, and maintain conduits in, under, and across 6000 N. Broad Street for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
