This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain properties in an area bounded by Sepviva Street, Butler Street, Aramingo Avenue, Castor Avenue, Gaul Street, Westmoreland Street, and Tulip Street. The changes apply to the affected land within those boundaries and took effect immediately.
