This enacted ordinance approved a five-year plan and budget for the Germantown Special Services District through September 30, 2018. The plan covered business improvements and administrative services, included estimated costs and a proposed method for assessments and charges, and expanded the district’s boundaries to include additional sections of Germantown Avenue, Market Square, Greene Street, and Wayne Avenue.
