This enacted ordinance authorizes Chestlen Development LP, the owner and developer of 1441 Chestnut Street, to build and maintain marquees, light boxes, and foundation structures that extend over or under parts of the Chestnut Street and South 15th Street footways as part of a mixed-use development. The work remains subject to required permits, a City agreement, insurance and bonding requirements, and possible removal or relocation at the developer’s expense under the stated conditions.
