The enacted ordinance authorized Fiscal Year 2014 transfers totaling $48,504,199 to fund Fire Department personal services. It moved $47,488,619 within the General Fund from the Civil Service Commission and $1,015,580 within the Aviation Fund from the Director of Finance’s fringe benefits account.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2014 from the General Fund, the Civil Service Commission and the Aviation Fund, the Director of Finance - Fringe Benefits to the General Fund, the Fire Department and the Aviation Fund, the Fire Department.
