The signs must serve a permitted business focused on producing or sharing news and information, be no taller than five feet, be located no more than 50 feet above street level, and stay within the property’s street frontage length.
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by providing for and regulating accessory Digital News Ticker Signs in the Market Street East Advertising District and adding definitions, all under certain terms and conditions.
