This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove and vacate a portion of Croskey Street, from its terminus north of Cherry Street to about five feet south of that point, from the official City Plan. The affected property owner or other party in interest must meet conditions including paying costs, releasing and indemnifying the City, adjusting or removing affected street and utility infrastructure, and arranging for the vacated area to become part of the abutting property on the east side.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Croskey Street from its terminus north of Cherry Street to a point approximately five feet southwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
