This enacted ordinance authorizes Liberty Property 18th & Arch, LP to construct, use, and maintain an underground pedestrian tunnel beneath the Unit block of 18th Street, extending the existing underground transit concourse westward, along with an underground utility vault. The work must follow City requirements and receive required permits and approvals; the owner must also meet conditions including agreements with the City, insurance or equivalent protections, and responsibility for related utility changes and damages.

Authorizing Liberty Property 18th & Arch, LP to construct, use and maintain, an underground pedestrian tunnel crossing the Unit block of 18th Street extending the existing underground transit concourse westward beneath 18th Street and an underground utility vault, under certain terms and conditions.
