This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations on Philadelphia’s Zoning Maps for certain land within an area bounded by Springfield Avenue, 58th Street, Lindbergh Boulevard, 60th Street, Elmwood Avenue, 77th Street, and Cobbs Creek. The ordinance took effect immediately and applies to properties in that area.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Springfield Avenue (extended), 58th Street, Lindbergh Boulevard, 60th Street, Elmwood Avenue, 77th Street (extended), and Cobbs Creek.
