This enacted bill authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to lease the Chalfont Recreation Center to the Philadelphia Municipal Authority. The authority may then sublease the facility to the Calvary Athletic Association under specified terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority to lease from the City of Philadelphia the premises commonly known as the Chalfont Recreation Center, for further sublease, all under certain terms and conditions.
