This enacted bill authorizes Richard Ley to install, own, and maintain a private utility pole, electrical equipment, and overhead wire along the south sidewalk of the 3800 block of Powelton Avenue to provide electric service to his vendor truck. The authorization requires permits, an agreement with the City, insurance and other protections, approval from PECO, and removal of the equipment when required or when it is no longer used for that purpose.

Authorizing Richard Ley to construct, own and maintain a private pole, electrical appurtenances and aerial wire over, on and under the south footway of the 3800 block of Powelton Avenue for supplying electric service to his vendor truck, all under certain terms and conditions.
