This enacted bill changes the Living Wage and Benefits Review Committee from five members to seven. At least four members must represent labor or business communities, one must represent the Office of Labor Standards, no more than two may represent business, and committee members generally cannot work for employers covered by the law.

Amending Chapter 17-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage and Benefits Standard," by further providing with respect to the membership of the Living Wage and Benefits Review Committee; all under certain terms and conditions.
