This enacted ordinance adopts Philadelphia’s Fiscal 2015 Capital Budget, totaling $3,039,387,000. It authorizes spending for capital projects during the fiscal year from July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015, subject to available financing and, for some projects, the receipt of formal grant awards.
