The enacted measure revises the maximum fees for Philadelphia parking meters. It sets the general maximum at $1 per hour, allows rates up to $2.50 per hour in Center City outside the Center City Core and in University City, and allows up to $3 per hour in the Center City Core, with the Department determining the rates in those areas.

Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," to revise the fee for the use of parking meters; all under certain terms and conditions.
