The enacted ordinance adds Mantua to Philadelphia’s Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones under the 1,500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative. The designated area is bounded by Mantua Avenue, Spring Garden Street, 31st Street, and 40th Street.

Amending Chapter 16-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones," by designating the Mantua Housing Opportunity Zones pursuant to the 1500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative, all under certain terms and conditions.
