This enacted amendment changes Philadelphia’s Expediter licensing rules. It exempts real estate agents and brokers who are currently practicing under a valid Pennsylvania real estate license from the Expediter licensing requirements when seeking property licenses or certificates.
Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," to modify an exception to the Expediters license requirements, all under certain terms and conditions.
