The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer four parcels at 1224, 1226, 1228, and 1230-32 North Mascher Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The authority may then convey the properties for development of single-family homes and must send the net sale proceeds to the City's General Fund.
