This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s affordable housing law to designate Point Breeze and Grays Ferry as Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones. The zones are bounded by Washington Avenue, Mifflin Street, Broad Street, and Twenty-fifth Street in Point Breeze, and by the Schuylkill River, Passyunk Avenue, Twenty-fifth Street, and 40th Street in Grays Ferry.

Amending Chapter 16-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones," by designating the Point Breeze and Gray's Ferry Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones pursuant to the 1500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative, all under certain terms and conditions.
