This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain areas of land within the boundaries listed in the legislation, replacing the existing designations shown on zoning Maps A1, A2, and A3 with the designations shown on Maps B1, B2, and B3. It affects property and land-use rules in that area and took effect immediately.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Hermitage Street, Henry Avenue, Dupont Street, Ridge Avenue, Monastery Avenue, Dexter Street, Lyceum Avenue, Manayunk Avenue, Leverington Avenue, and Ridge Avenue.
