The enacted ordinance authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer a parcel at 2518 E. Clearfield Street to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development. The authority may then convey the property to the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia for continued use as a Police Athletic League facility, with any net sale proceeds paid into the City’s General Fund.
