This enacted ordinance amended Fond Bistro Inc.’s authorization to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1537 S. 11th Street. It extended the deadline for the restaurant to enter into an agreement and meet the authorization requirements to July 1, 2015, and required $200 to be paid into the City Treasury within 60 days for the ordinance to become effective.

Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No.130463), approved July 11, 2013, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Fond Bistro Inc. dba Fond Restaurant to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1537 S. 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
