This enacted legislation authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to sublease about 13,522 square feet on the tenth floor of One Penn Center at 1617 John F. Kennedy Boulevard from the Philadelphia Municipal Authority. The space is for general City office use under a five-year sublease, with first-year rent set at $277,201 and annual increases of $0.50 per square foot.
