This enacted ordinance amended the University of Pennsylvania’s Institutional Development District Master Plan to allow construction of the Perry World House Building at 3801-3803 Locust Walk. The approximately 17,393-square-foot building includes lecture and classroom space, flexible space, a café, a conference room, and 14 offices; the ordinance also includes diversity practices and an economic opportunity plan for the project.

To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of the University of Pennsylvania, 3801-3803 Locust Walk for the construction of the Perry World House Building.
