The enacted ordinance approved Philadelphia Gas Works' Fiscal Year 2015 capital budget of up to $89,452,700 and authorized spending for the budget period from September 1, 2014, through August 31, 2015. It also acknowledged PGW's forecast for capital budgets from 2016 through 2020 and placed conditions on certain spending, including equipment, vehicle, safety, reliability, and service-growth projects.

Approving the Fiscal Year 2015 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging receipt of the Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2016 through 2020.
