The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Departments of Public Property and Parks and Recreation to enter into a 25-year license agreement with PECO for a strip of land along the east side of the Schuylkill River between Christian Street and about 612 feet northeast of it. The land will be used to extend the Schuylkill River recreational trail.

Authorizing the Commissioners of the Department of Public Property and the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a license agreement between PECO Energy Company as Licensor and the City of Philadelphia as Licensee for a certain strip of land located along the east side of the Schuylkill River between Christian Street and a point approximately 612 feet northeast of Christian Street to be used for an extension of the Schuylkill River recreational trail, all under certain terms and conditions.
