This enacted bill adds the sidewalk on the north side of West Allegheny Avenue between North Bambrey and 26th Streets to the locations where a farmers’ market is permitted. It amends the City Code’s list of permissible farmers’ market locations.
Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding West Allegheny Avenue between Bambrey and 26th Streets as a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions.
