This enacted bill authorizes Moonshine Philly to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1825 E. Moyamensing Street, with tables and chairs extending onto the sidewalks of Moyamensing and Sigel Streets. The café must follow City rules, obtain required permits and approvals, maintain insurance and other protections for the City, and remove or relocate the café if required under the ordinance’s conditions.

Authorizing Moonshine Philly ("Owner") to construct, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1825 E. Moyamensing Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions.
