The enacted bill authorizes Wishbone Restaurant, LLC to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café with five tables and ten chairs at 4034 Walnut Street, while leaving a specified clear portion of the sidewalk. The restaurant must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, carry insurance or meet self-insurance requirements, and remove or relocate the café if the City provides lawful notice for specified reasons.
