This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Commissioner of Public Property to transfer all or part of the property at 1823-35 Callowhill Street, including any improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for further conveyance under specified conditions. The transfer must include a commitment to require an Economic Opportunity Plan for the property, and the City Solicitor may set additional terms to protect the City’s interests.
