This enacted ordinance changes the procedures for appealing decisions about parking violations. It allows appeals to be delivered by several methods, requires appellants to prove an appeal was filed on time, and provides for written filing-date acknowledgment and, at the appellant’s expense, a copy of the original hearing’s audio recording.

Amending Chapter 12-2800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations," by providing further regarding procedures for appealing adjudications of parking violations and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
