This enacted measure authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer the City-owned parcel at 669 Hutchinson Street, including any buildings or improvements, to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development for later conveyance. The Authority must remit the net proceeds from any sale to the City’s General Fund, and the City Solicitor may set terms to protect the City’s interests.
