The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s rules for sidewalk vendors in Center City. It removes some previously designated vending locations, changes the list of locations where vending cannot be designated, and identifies revised locations where vending is permitted, subject to a maximum of 300 locations in Center City.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating previously designated vendor locations in Center City; and by revising and adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending; all under certain terms and conditions.
