This enacted bill changes Philadelphia’s zoning rules for properties in RSA-5 and RM-1 residential districts that border more than one street. It sets how front, side, and rear yard requirements apply depending on whether a lot borders two, three, or four or more streets, while keeping lot-coverage and open-space requirements unchanged.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by changing the street frontage requirements for lots with multi-street frontage in certain residential zoning districts, all under certain terms and conditions.
