This enacted bill adds the area generally bounded by Susquehanna Avenue, Oxford Street, Broad Street, and Twentieth Street to Philadelphia’s Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones. It designates the area as the “Cecil B. Moore” Housing Opportunity Zone under the 1500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative.

Amending Chapter 16-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia Affordable Housing Opportunity Zones," by designating the Cecil B. Moore Housing Opportunity Zones pursuant to the 1500 New Affordable Housing Units Initiative, all under certain terms and conditions.
