This enacted legislation adds the sidewalk at the corner of Pleasant Street and Chew Avenue, next to Pleasant Playground, to the locations where farmers’ markets are permitted under Philadelphia law. It affects farmers’ market activities at that location.

Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding the corner of Pleasant Street and Chew Avenue, abutting the Pleasant Playground, as a permissible location, all under certain terms and conditions.
