This enacted ordinance authorizes Brandywine Cira South L.P. to construct, own, and maintain a structural sidewalk, stairway, and three planters extending into the Walnut Street public right-of-way near 2930 Chestnut Street. The company must obtain required permits and approvals, maintain insurance or equivalent protections, cover certain costs, and remove the encroachments if directed by the City for a municipal construction project.
