This enacted bill amended Philadelphia’s Property Maintenance Code to add all commercial corridors and neighborhood commercial properties in the Tenth Councilmanic District to the areas covered by certain building standards. It affects properties and commercial areas located within that district.

Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending Subcode "PM" (The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code), by adding the Tenth Councilmanic District to the list of areas covered by certain building standards, all under certain terms and conditions.
