This enacted ordinance authorizes Old Nelson PA Four, LLC, doing business as Old Nelson Food Company, to construct, own, and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 3020 Market Street. The café may include 7 tables and 14 chairs in specified areas of the sidewalk, subject to City permits, an agreement with the City, insurance and other requirements, and possible removal if the sidewalk no longer meets placement rules or other listed conditions apply.
