This enacted ordinance changes the zoning designations for certain areas of land within the area bounded by Broad Street, Diamond Street, 18th Street, Glenwood Avenue, and Lehigh Avenue. It affects properties within that area by replacing their previous zoning designations with new designations shown on the Philadelphia Zoning Maps.
