This enacted ordinance changes the Philadelphia Zoning Maps for certain properties in the area bounded by 25th Street, North College Avenue, West College Avenue, Girard Avenue, 31st Street, Master Street, 32nd Street, Jefferson Street, 31st Street, and Oxford Avenue. It replaces the existing zoning designations with new designations shown on the ordinance’s referenced maps.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 25th Street, North College Avenue, West College Avenue, Girard Avenue, 31st Street, Master Street, 32nd Street, Jefferson Street, 31st Street, and Oxford Avenue.
