This enacted bill authorized Philadelphia’s Public Property Commissioner to accept, as a donation, the title to an approximately 0.81-acre parcel at 3600 N. 11th Street from the School District of Philadelphia. It also authorized the commissioner and the City Solicitor to complete the documents and agreements needed for the transfer.

Authorizing the Public Property Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to accept from The School District of Philadelphia title to a certain approximately .81 acre parcel of land known as 3600 N. 11th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
